Alan Carter was born in Parkside Hospital, Middlesbrough, Cleveland on August 14, 1970. He grew up in Guisborough, Cleveland until he was 13 when the family moved to Skelton in Cleveland. Alan was a kind and gentle man. He is dearly and deeply loved and missed so much by all of his family and friends and will always be remembered
